Recently I had decided that I was going to replace my window shades with Interior Shutters. My window Shades were starting to look a little worn and some of them did not function correctly. I decided that I would begin my search by looking for Interior Shutters in my Google Search Bar.
There were a few companies that came up in the search. Some of them were close enough for me to do business with and others were out of state with no one answering the phones to even assist me. I finally started calling the local companies with my little list of questions which were what is your cost for square footage, do you charge to come out to measure and what is your warranty length. Most companies would not even give the slightest idea of what my project would cost, and some even charged a fee just to give me an estimate. I had other companies that would either not call me back, or were just downright unpleasant to talk to.

Then I found Classic Home Improvement Products! I had seen there website a couple of times while I was searching Google, but ignored them because their name did not sound familiar. I started to do a little bit of research on the company before calling. I checked their testimonials on their website, and looked them up on Yelp.com. I then decided that I would give them a call them a call before giving up on my project.
Once I called I received a recording that was telling me about their company while I waited for live person to answer. The girl I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me. She was able to help me schedule an appointment to get the order started right after she gave me a price for the window sizes I gave her. Can you believe it, 6 companies later I received pricing, a measurement appointment, and the installation date all in about 15 minutes!

Once the rep came out to my home he showed me my options, measured my windows, and I made the deposit to have my shutters built to fit my windows. The shutters are custom built to fit my windows, and they were almost 50% less than one of the other companies I talked to.
A few weeks later Classic Home Improvement Products came back to install my Shutters. The installers were clean, polite and even took their shoes off while walking in my home. The Interior Shutters came out great, and I could have never been happier with the service I received from them. My only regret is not calling them first and saving myself the headache I received from the other companies that must not want business as bad as they say the do!
